Nigerian-American nurse and influencer Bukola Akinpelu, known as Nurse Sugar, has responded to a viral clip shared by her ex-husband's camp showing a past dispute between them. She said the clip captures only a small part of experiences she plans to address in an upcoming book. According to her, she feared being judged publicly before people heard her full account. Nurse Sugar also described an argument involving a mattress in an apartment she said she paid for. She said she poured water on the other side of the mattress while her ex-husband was lying on it. She thanked those who have supported her and said she is still processing the situation.
