Kenyan Mother Alleges Attack After Finding Another Woman in Her Husband’s Home

A mother of two in Nyeri County, Kenya, is receiving treatment after she was allegedly attacked while visiting her husband’s home to ask for money for food. She said she arrived with her seven-month-old baby and was surprised when an unfamiliar woman opened the door. According to her account, the woman allegedly called for a knife and injured her before locking the door. Neighbours reportedly came to her aid and took her to hospital. She has called for an investigation and appealed for help with her medical bills and the care of her children.
