The Anambra State ICT Agency has assessed about 25 ministries, departments and agencies to measure their digital readiness and identify areas needing support. The review covers government websites, official email systems, digital records, payments and approval platforms, online services, data management, cybersecurity and compliance with state ICT standards. Early findings show that some MDAs need clearer compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, while records-management practices differ across institutions. The agency says it will track the gaps, train relevant staff and develop a digital-maturity scorecard for government institutions across the state.
