Zelensky Says Russia May Mobilise 300,000 More Troops for Ukraine War

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says Russia could mobilise another 300,000 troops after its parliamentary elections as it pushes to seize the remaining Ukrainian-held parts of Donetsk. He said Russia has suffered heavy personnel losses this year and is unlikely to capture the entire Donetsk region before year-end. The casualty figures could not be independently verified. Zelensky also warned of possible Russian pressure along the Kharkiv and Sumy borders. He said Ukraine needs more Patriot and other air-defence missiles to counter growing ballistic missile attacks on civilian infrastructure.
