Drone Units Deployed as Kwara Police Hunt Abductors After Prayer Ground Attack

The Kwara State Police Command has condemned the killing of three worshippers and the abduction of 15 others during a vigil at a prayer ground in Ekiti Local Government Area. Armed men stormed the gathering at Ori-Oke Ajaiye around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday. The pastor who led the service reported the attack and the disappearance of the victims. Commissioner of Police Ojo Adekimi ordered a tactical operation. Drone teams, PMF personnel, and intelligence units joined the rescue mission to track down the attackers and free the captives. Residents are urged to stay calm and share credible information with the authorities. The police vow to rescue those taken and bring the perpetrators to justice.
