Can AI-Generated Music Truly Make Us Feel Emotion?

AI music is improving rapidly, especially in vocals, soul/R&B, gospel and emotional ballads. I recently created a late-night soul/R&B project with AI. I aimed for deep male vocals, Rhodes keys, blues guitar, heartbreak, loneliness and a reflective midnight mood. Can AI-generated music genuinely move listeners, or are we simply responding to familiar sounds and polished production? Would you enjoy a song if it sounds good but you know it was made with AI? And what usually makes you notice that a track is AI-generated? I am open about how the project was made and would like honest opinions on whether AI music has a real future with listeners.
