SCUML Portal Locked My Application Despite Request for Corrections

The SCUML portal says registration is free and warns applicants against using third-party agents. However, after more than three months of trying to complete my application, I keep receiving delayed requests for corrections. My latest feedback claimed that my TIN was missing, even though it was included in the documents I uploaded. I also tried calling more than eight phone numbers listed on the platform, but none of them worked. The email asked me to log in and correct the application before the stated deadline. But when I attempted to do so, the portal displayed a message that the application had been locked. This leaves me unable to make the requested changes and apparently forces me to wait for the application to expire before starting again. This kind of process pushes applicants towards agents who charge high fees for a service people should be able to complete themselves.
