Dalung Asks Tinubu to Explain Blank School Qualification Sections in INEC Form

Former Sports Minister Solomon Dalung has asked President Bola Tinubu to explain why the primary and secondary school qualification sections of his INEC nomination form for the 2027 presidential election were left blank. Dalung said his comments were based on the particulars published by INEC and were not an allegation against the President. He argued that public officials should give complete information in official documents, saying openness helps prevent speculation. Tinubu listed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Chicago State University, obtained in 1979, and attached copies of his degree and NYSC certificates. The spaces for primary and secondary school qualifications were not completed.
