Natasha Accuses Akpabio’s Camp of Plotting Media Campaign Against Her
Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has alleged that associates of Senate President Godswill Akpabio were seeking media platforms to publish damaging material against her after a video circulated by social media activist VeryDarkMan. The Kogi Central senator shared what she described as a WhatsApp screenshot containing a link to the video and a request for national newspapers and blogs, including their publication costs. She did not identify the sender or provide independent verification that Akpabio’s office initiated the conversation. Reacting to the alleged message, Natasha warned that efforts to discredit her would backfire. The claim is the latest development in her prolonged dispute with Akpabio, whom she previously accused of sexual harassment and victimisation. Akpabio has denied the allegations.
