Indian National, Two Security Operatives Arrested Over Alleged Assault on Truck Drivers in Ibadan

Oyo State Police Command has arrested an Indian national and two security operatives over an alleged assault on two truck drivers at a food company along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in Ibadan. Police said the confrontation reportedly began after a dispute over where a delivery truck should be parked. The truck owner alleged that the driver objected because the location could damage the tyres. A tyre reportedly burst after the truck was parked there. The disagreement escalated after a request for a replacement tyre was declined. The driver allegedly blocked the company entrance with the truck, leading to a physical confrontation. The two drivers were taken to hospital for treatment. The case has been transferred to the Special Enquiry Bureau in Eleyele, Ibadan, as investigators determine the role of each person involved.
