Kidnappers Demand Fresh ₦200m After Family Paid ₦26m for Kaduna Air Force Officer’s Sons
Two sons of a Nigerian Air Force officer have reportedly spent nine weeks in captivity after gunmen abducted them from their home in Rimi, Kamazou, Kaduna State. Their mother said the family sold cars and valuables to pay ₦20 million, then raised another ₦6 million and provided 25 mobile phones. She said the children were still not released. The kidnappers allegedly contacted the family again on October 29, demanding ₦200 million. The mother appealed to the Kaduna State and federal governments to help secure the boys’ release, saying one of them requires medical follow-up after a previous surgery.
