I Struggle to Talk to Women After Years of Keeping My Distance
During my college years, I joined a religious group and decided to avoid relationships so I could focus on becoming successful. The loneliness is beginning to hurt, and I feel emotionally confused and depressed. I have tried to start conversations with younger women, but it still feels difficult. How can I rebuild my confidence, form healthy connections and stop feeling isolated?
