The Nigerian Tourism Development Authority has called for a full probe into the death of 71-year-old Cherubim and Seraphim Church elder Omotayo Fajana, who was found dead in a hotel room in Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State. In a statement from Abuja, NTDA Director-General Ola Awakan expressed condolences to the family, the C&S Church and the local community. He commended the Ondo State Police Command for arresting three suspects and urged a transparent, professional investigation to establish the facts.
