Which States Outside the South-West Could Tinubu Win Organically in 2027?

Setting jokes aside, which state outside the South-West could President Bola Tinubu win 20,000 organic votes in during the 2027 election? From my perspective in the South-South, especially Delta State, the current public mood is strongly against him. I do not believe he could secure even 5,000 organic votes there, and I doubt he could reach 100,000 votes even with alleged electoral manipulation. My view is that rigging is most effective in a candidate’s stronghold or where the candidate already has substantial support. Outside the South-West, I believe Tinubu lacks both advantages. Which states, if any, do you think could prove me wrong?
