Security Guard in Abia Kills Girlfriend’s Sister, Injures Two Others
A man allegedly attacked his girlfriend and others at Umuanga Amakama community in Umuahia South Local Government Area of Abia State. Security personnel identified as Chinedu Anamelechi is accused of stabbing his girlfriend and shooting her sister, Ezinne Ariwodo, who died at the scene. He also shot a young man before fleeing. The injured were rushed to a local hospital and are receiving treatment. The police confirmed the sister’s death and deposited her body in the morgue for autopsy. Exhibits recovered at the scene are now with investigators. Authorities say calm has returned to the area. Investigations continue as operatives work to apprehend the suspect.
