AIG Kwaimo Meets PRP Legal Team on Security Ahead of 2027 Elections
Assistant Inspector General of Police Vungmoh S. M. Kwaimo, in charge of Zone 12, Bauchi, has met with the legal team of the People's Redemption Party to discuss preparations for the 2027 general elections. The meeting focused on electoral security, compliance with the Electoral Act, protection of lives and property, and collaboration among security agencies. Kwaimo said the police would remain neutral, professional and non-partisan. He urged political parties to educate their members on lawful conduct, while the PRP delegation pledged to support peaceful campaigns and obey electoral laws.
