Wike Predicts Easy 2027 Re-election Victory for Tinubu

FCT Minister Nyesom Wike says President Bola Tinubu will face little pressure in his bid for re-election in 2027. Speaking during a media chat in Port Harcourt, Wike dismissed the emerging opposition coalition as a serious threat to Tinubu. He said the Rainbow Coalition was formed to support the president rather than advance the ambition of one politician. Wike also questioned the electoral strength of opposition figures linked to the ADC and NNPP, citing their parties’ performance in Osun State. He said the coalition would unveil its plans at the appropriate time.
