He said no court has made a criminal finding against the president. Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar disagreed, saying the Presidency should address the forfeiture itself rather than focus on his associates. In other developments, a Federal High Court denied bail to an alleged operator of a fake presidential council, while Rivers State signed its 2026 budget and the electoral commission warned about AI-driven disinformation ahead of the 2027 election.
