Ogun Pastor Allegedly Kills Wife, Then Dies After Running Into Moving Truck

Residents of Ogooluwa community in Akiode Ibogun, Ifo Local Government Area of Ogun State, are in shock after a domestic dispute reportedly left a Celestial Church pastor and his wife dead. Bidemi Odukoya, shepherd of the Celestial Church of Christ, Iri Orun Parish, allegedly attacked his wife with a machete during an argument at about 2am on August 31. He reportedly fled the area afterwards. He was later said to have run in front of a moving truck near Coker Junction on the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway. The couple, who had three sons, were buried beside their home later that day. Neighbours described them as friendly and respectful residents who had lived in the community for nearly a decade.
