Israel Releases Footage of Strike That Killed Man Accused in Noa Argamani Abduction
Israeli police have released footage of an airstrike that killed Saher Nidal Latfi Sakr in Nuseirat, central Gaza. Israeli authorities said Sakr drove the motorcycle used to abduct Noa Argamani and Avinatan Or from the Nova music festival during the October 7, 2023 attack. The Israel Defense Forces and Shin Bet said Sakr was linked to jihadist groups in Gaza and had supplied weapons to Hamas. They also alleged that he continued to support attacks on Israeli troops and civilians before the strike. Argamani was rescued during an Israeli operation in June 2024, while Or was later released under a hostage deal.
