The All Progressives Congress (APC) has been declared winner of Ebonyi State’s local government elections, securing all 13 council areas and 171 wards. EBSIEC Chairman Enyi Patrick announced the results on Sunday after the elections were held on Saturday. He said the exercise was conducted peacefully across the state. Governor Francis Nwifuru and other stakeholders praised the conduct of the poll, citing voter participation and orderliness at polling units.
