Oshiomhole Urges Government to Freeze South African Banks’ Profits Over Xenophobic Attacks

Former APC national chairman Adams Oshiomhole has called on the Nigerian government to seize profits held by South African banks in Nigeria. He made the appeal after a series of xenophobic attacks on Nigerians living in South Africa. Oshiomhole said this economic sanction would send a clear warning against mistreatment of Nigerian citizens abroad. He argued that freezing these assets could protect Nigerians and strengthen diplomatic efforts to curb further violence.
