Tinubu Calls for United Front Against Criminal Violence in Plateau
President Bola Tinubu has urged political leaders, traditional rulers and residents of Plateau State to set aside their differences and work together against criminal violence. Vice President Kashim Shettima delivered the message in Jos at the 80th birthday celebration and autobiography presentation of former Plateau governor, Senator Jonah Jang. He said leadership should be judged by its positive impact on people's lives, not by the number of offices held. Shettima said criminals should not be defined by religion or ethnicity, stressing that they have no tribe or faith. He called for collective action and mutual trust to restore lasting peace and development in Plateau State.
