Nigerian Celebrities Linked to New Mansions and Property Projects in 2026

Several Nigerian celebrities have been linked to new homes, mansion projects and property unveilings in 2026. Davido is reportedly building a waterfront mansion in Eko Atlantic City, Lagos, with plans said to include 20 rooms, a 20-car garage, a music studio, lounge and staff quarters. The property is still under construction. Speed Darlington is reportedly working on an 18-room mansion, while the Shire Twins unveiled a duplex in honour of their late mother. Itele D Icon, Egungun of Lagos and Lizzy Anjorin have also been associated with new homes this year. Peller and Jarvis reportedly received a mansion in Life Camp, Abuja, said to be worth ₦400 million, as a wedding gift from real-estate entrepreneur King Ochacho.
