Four Suspected Cultists Arrested Over Killing in Delta
The Delta State Police Command says it has arrested four men in connection with a suspected cult-related killing in Ubulu-Uku, Aniocha South Local Government Area. Police said the suspects were handed over to the Command Anti-Cult Unit in Asaba for investigation. They are suspected to be linked to the Supreme Vikings and Eiye confraternities. Officers reportedly recovered a locally made single-barrel gun, a live cartridge and substances suspected to be cannabis. The victim was taken to a medical facility, where he was confirmed dead. Police said investigations are ongoing to establish the circumstances of the killing and each suspect’s alleged involvement.
