Eva Marcille Faces Lawsuit Over Alleged HOA Dues and Home Maintenance Violations

Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Eva Marcille is facing a lawsuit from her homeowners association over alleged property maintenance violations and more than $22,000 in unpaid assessments and fines. Court documents reportedly state that the association sent repeated notices about weeds, lawn maintenance, rubbish bins, unregistered vehicles and inoperable vehicles at her Atlanta home. The property is said to have five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The association is seeking payment of the alleged outstanding fees and a court order requiring Marcille to comply with neighbourhood maintenance rules. She had not publicly responded to the case at the time of the report.
