Ghanaian Teen Remanded Over Alleged Fatal Stabbing of Boyfriend

Police in Accra, Ghana, are investigating the death of 33-year-old Enoch Abrokwa, who was allegedly stabbed during a disagreement with his 19-year-old girlfriend at Ofankor Barrier. Police said the dispute occurred at the deceased’s business premises on October 9. The suspect allegedly stabbed him in the chest with broken glass. He was taken to hospital and underwent surgery for injuries that reportedly affected his intestines. He died on October 14 while receiving treatment. The suspect was arrested, charged and remanded in custody. She is expected to reappear in court on November 3, 2026, as investigations continue.
