The allegation involves the Senior Special Assistant on Protocol, Simon Mudi, also known as Temple. The reported incident occurred at the Petroleum Training Institute in Effurun, Delta State. The Secretary to the State Government said the suspension takes immediate effect and is intended to allow security agencies conduct an independent investigation without interference. The government stressed that the suspension does not amount to a finding of guilt, and that further action will depend on the investigation's outcome.
