Adamawa Police Arrest Three Over Alleged Robbery of Mother and Children
Police in Adamawa have arrested three young men over an alleged midnight robbery at a family home in Wuro Kuturu, Jimeta, Yola North LGA. One of the suspects was accused of planning the attack on his mother and siblings with two others. The family was allegedly robbed of ₦200,000, two mobile phones and a power bank. The suspects were arrested on September 17 after the mother reported the incident. Police said officers recovered a knife, pliers, scissors, suspected illicit substances and other items. The command said investigations are ongoing and the suspects will be prosecuted if found culpable.
