Lola Idije Says Sotayo Gaga Is Misunderstood, Not Proud or Wicked

Veteran Nollywood actress Toyin Afolayan, popularly known as Lola Idije, has defended her colleague Sotayo Gaga against claims that she is strict, proud or unfriendly. Speaking in an interview, Lola Idije said Sotayo is a kind and blessed person who simply enjoys her personal space. She explained that people may mistake her quiet nature for pride because she does not easily mingle with others. The actress added that Sotayo’s reserved personality is similar to hers, noting that she is usually playful only while acting. Other colleagues, including Ronke Oshodi and Alesh Sanni, have also publicly recalled times Sotayo supported them.
