Diddy Seeks Dismissal of Former Escort’s Lawsuit Over Alleged Coercion
Sean “Diddy” Combs has asked a court to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Clayton Howard, a former male escort, over alleged encounters involving Combs and singer Cassie. Combs disputes Howard’s claim that he was forced to take part. His lawyers argue that Howard arranged travel and repeatedly participated in paid encounters voluntarily. They also say the lawsuit was filed after payments allegedly stopped. Howard, now a law student, is suing Combs and Cassie. The claims in Combs’ court filing are part of his defence and have not been determined by the court. In a separate report, Combs was said to have received emergency medical treatment while held at FCI Fort Dix before returning to the prison.
