South African Man Allegedly Attacked by Girlfriend and Her Sister After Infidelity Dispute
A 23-year-old woman and her 27-year-old sister were arrested in Mhlasini, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, after they allegedly attacked the younger woman’s boyfriend following an argument over suspected infidelity. Responders found the 23-year-old man bleeding from head and facial injuries at his home. He reportedly said he had seen his girlfriend with another man earlier, leading to an argument. The woman allegedly called her sister, and both later confronted him at his residence. They were accused of using broken beer bottles and a knife during the attack. Officers recovered a knife and broken bottles at the scene before arresting the sisters separately. The injured man was treated by paramedics but later chose to reconcile with his girlfriend and declined to press charges. The two women were released without being charged.
