A Nation Cannot Keep Bleeding: CAN Condemns Palm Sunday Massacre
The Christian Association of Nigeria strongly condemns the horrific Palm Sunday attack in Angwan Rukuba, Jos North. Armed men disguised in security uniforms attacked a civilian community. Innocent men, women and children were hunted and killed in cold blood. Families have been shattered and communities remain traumatised. CAN demands that those responsible be found, arrested and face justice swiftly and decisively. Temporary measures are not enough. Nigerians deserve lasting security, not periodic reassurance. As Christians observe Holy Week, CAN urges the faithful to stay prayerful but vigilant. Work with security agencies and local authorities. Protect yourself, your congregation and your community.
