Eight suspects, including a 14-year-old, were arrested in Itobe, Ofu LGA, while police said they were allegedly preparing to select a leader for a local cult group. Two motorcycles, an axe and a cutlass were recovered. The command said it is acting on intelligence about possible clashes between rival groups in Itobe and Ejule. Three other suspects were arrested in Idah over an alleged ATM card-swapping scheme. Police said 59 bank cards and a vehicle were recovered.
