Ghana’s Bernard Yaw Ashiadey Reflects on 15 Years at B&FT

When I walked through those doors in 2011, I honestly did not know what I was walking into. Fifteen years later, I know exactly what I am walking away from, and that makes it both harder and more meaningful. On June 30, 2026, I said goodbye to the Business and Financial Times after a decade and a half of growth, community, and purpose. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to serve one organisation for so long. Special thanks to my wife, Annabel, for always standing by me, and to my boss and the entire B&FT family—past and present—for shaping my journey.
