I Believe Our Current Hardship Is Engineered to Break Us
I’ve noticed that life today isn’t just hard—it feels nonexistent. Businesses have no customers, fuel prices are sky-high, electricity is scarce, and costs keep rising. I’m convinced this is deliberate. They want us so desperate that we’ll take whatever pittance they offer—ten thousand naira and rice—for our votes. In that desperation, violence and rash actions become almost inevitable. Look at the spike in road accidents, road rage incidents, and assaults on VIO, FRSC, and PHCN officers. An angry, weary man will trade his vote or even carry ballot boxes without hesitation. That’s the goal—and it’s working. Brace yourselves.
