Caller Threatens Me With Alleged Spiritual Attack, How Can I Report Him?

This morning, I received a call from an unknown person who introduced himself as Chief Patrick Odoh from Enugu State. He called me by my full name and claimed that two women and a man from my father’s side had asked him to inflict a partial stroke on me. He said he normally does not contact his victims before acting, but had decided to call me. When I asked what those people claimed I had done, he became angry, shouted at me and ended the call. I called back and challenged him with prayers before he ended the call again. Please, what practical steps can I take to report and trace this person?
