UK Man Convicted After Years of Harassing Elderly Neighbour
A 73-year-old man in Worcestershire, England, has been convicted of outraging public decency after his 79-year-old neighbour reported years of unwanted messages, harassment and indecent exposure. The woman and her daughter said the behaviour began more than a decade ago and continued despite repeated warnings. They later installed a security camera after the family became concerned that he was watching their home and entering their garden. The case was reported to police after the woman allegedly saw him exposed at his window. He changed his plea to guilty on September 15 and is due to be sentenced on October 19.
