Four Performers With Incredible Animal Mimicry Skills
Some performers can recreate animal sounds and movements so convincingly that they seem to bring a whole zoo to the stage. Ghanaian teenager Justice Osei is known for mimicking more than 50 animals, including goats, monkeys, crocodiles and birds. He hopes to set a world record for the most animal sounds. Other viral performers include Derrick Washington, whose comic sketches feature animal noises; Jiemba Sands, who combines impressions with acrobatics; and Cape Town street performer William Jafta, known for his striking bird and predator calls.
