Davido Says He Has No Presidential Candidate, Rules Out APC for Now

Davido says he is not ready to back any presidential candidate ahead of the 2027 election, adding that he does not plan to support the APC for now. The singer said his position is separate from that of his uncle, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, who declared support for President Bola Tinubu after the Osun election. He recalled supporting Atiku Abubakar under the PDP and campaigning for the APC in 2015. Davido said his political position could change, but insisted that nobody should be forced to follow another person’s choice.
