Dutch-Based Family’s Van, Money and Medication Stolen During Daughter’s Wolverhampton Graduation Trip
A Dutch-based family who travelled from the Netherlands to attend their daughter Elizabeth Ajose's graduation at the University of Wolverhampton had their white Ford Transit van stolen in Wolverhampton. The van, reportedly taken from Bewdley Drive on Sunday night, contained the family's luggage, clothes, money, credit cards, pet food and essential medication. CCTV footage reportedly shows three hooded people approaching the vehicle before driving it away. The parents attended the graduation despite the theft but said they remain stranded and worried, particularly because their medication was in the van. Their passports were not inside the vehicle. Police have appealed for anyone with useful information to come forward.
