Police Rescue 15-Year-Old Allegedly Confined in Toilet for Months in Rivers

Police in Rivers State have rescued Amarachi, a 15-year-old domestic worker, who was allegedly confined in a toilet for months by her employers in Abuloma. The teenager, who is from Ebonyi State, was reportedly fed once daily with leftover food. She allegedly raised the alarm when the couple left the house, prompting neighbours to contact the police. Police said the couple is in custody as investigations continue. Amarachi's family has reportedly arrived in Rivers State to take her home.
