Visa Applicants Warned as Lagos Travel Agency Faces Fraud Allegations
A client has accused Eduvision Network Services Ltd and its representatives of collecting visa-processing payments, failing to deliver the promised service, and becoming unreachable after refund deadlines allegedly passed. The complainant said the agency advertised immigration, student-visa and visitor-visa services, requested an initial payment, and later demanded additional funds for assessments and document evaluations. They also alleged that calls and emails went unanswered while new prospective clients received responses. A visit to the firm’s last known office in Mende, Lagos, reportedly found the building demolished with no relocation notice. The complainant said the matter has been reported to the EFCC and urged other affected customers to document their transactions and report through the appropriate authorities. These are allegations that have not been independently verified. Anyone considering a travel or immigration agent should confirm business registration, request written terms, use traceable payments and report suspected fraud to law-enforcement agencies.
