Former Snooker Champion Graeme Dott Found Guilty of Child Sexual Abuse

Former world snooker champion Graeme Dott has been found guilty of sexually abusing two children in separate incidents in the Glasgow area. The offences involved a girl between 1993 and 1996, and a boy between 2006 and 2010. The court heard evidence of repeated inappropriate touching, sexual remarks and other abusive conduct. Dott, 49, denied the charges but was convicted of two counts of lewd, indecent and libidinous behaviour. He was suspended from snooker competitions after being charged in April 2025.
