Okorocha Hails Court Ruling in Imo West APC Senatorial Ticket Dispute

Former Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha has welcomed a reported Federal High Court ruling on the APC senatorial ticket for Imo West. Okorocha said the judgment showed that justice had prevailed. He also referred to an earlier dispute over election results and criticised the process that led to the controversy. The court reportedly directed INEC to publish Okorocha as the APC candidate for Imo West and ordered Governor Hope Uzodimma to stop presenting himself as the party’s candidate for the district.
