Dele Momodu Says Nigerians Will Resist Any Attempt to Undermine 2027 Election Outcome

ADC stalwart and veteran journalist Dele Momodu has said he does not believe President Bola Tinubu is trusted to oversee a free and fair 2027 election. Speaking during an interview on a television programme, Momodu claimed that many Nigerians fear the President may be unwilling to leave office if he loses. He said Nigerians would resist any attempt to disregard the outcome of the election. Momodu also alleged that governors, judges and lawmakers are reluctant to challenge the President, while insisting that political opponents are working privately to prevent Tinubu from securing a second term.
