34-Year-Old Man Found Dead After Leaving Home in Jos

Saeed Saleh Gambazi, 34, was reportedly found dead along Bauchi Ring Road hours after leaving his home in the Rikkos area of Jos North, Plateau State, on Friday, September 18. His family said he did not return home that night and his phone became unreachable. A caller who answered his phone later told his younger sister that he had been stabbed in the back and died while being taken to hospital. The family was directed through police stations in Anguwan Rukuba and Nassarawa before identifying his body at the Old Jos University Teaching Hospital morgue. Police have reportedly assured the family that efforts are underway to identify and arrest those responsible.
