Moral virgins abstain from sexual activity out of personal or religious conviction. They avoid all intimate advances, prayers guide their choices, and they value chastity for spiritual reasons. Medical virgins, on the other hand, focus only on keeping their hymen intact. They may engage in other sexual activities or even have surgery to restore virginity before marriage.
