Lagos Police Seal Suspected Fake Alcohol Factory in Badagry, Arrest 48-Year-Old Man
Lagos police have sealed a suspected illegal factory in Yafin, Badagry, allegedly used to produce and package adulterated alcoholic drinks. A 48-year-old man was arrested during the operation. Officers recovered suspected adulterated drinks, empty bottles, wine labels and utensils believed to have been used for production and packaging. The items have been taken in for investigation, while the suspect remains in police custody. The police said the operation followed credible information from members of the public and urged residents to continue reporting suspected criminal activity.
