Has Anyone Successfully Received a Grant From Relarcapital?

A friend sent me information about a Relarcapital grant last month, and I applied. I progressed through the stages and received a message today saying I am among the final 30 selected applicants. I was then directed to a separate platform for identity verification, which costs $10. I was asked to submit the verification certificate before the grant money can be disbursed. I checked online website-review tools. The verification platform received a positive rating, but Relarcapital received a low score and was described as a possible scam. Has anyone here used Relarcapital or successfully received a grant from them?
